El despliegue militar que el presidente Felipe Calderón inició en Diciembre de 2006 se mantiene en las zonas más complicadas. Parte de la población no quiere que se vaya el ejército porque tiene pánico. Otros lo que temen es que les confundan con un sicario...
Este verano, los mexicanos volverán a llorar en público en otra caravana por la Paz con Justicia y Dignidad, esta vez en EEUU, una marcha similar a la que el año pasado recorrieron México y con la que quieren visibilizar su dolor y poner nombre y apellidos a los más de cincuenta mil muertos en menos de seis años. El país es un gigante herido con una cara ensangrentada y otra pujante y emprendedora que ha pasado de los regímenes autoritarios del siglo pasado, a las garras de las multinacionales del crímen organizado en este.
Ahora sólo podrá sanarse asfixiando financieramente a las mafias y consolidando el Estado de Derecho. Esto es lo que deben exigir los mexicanos y la comunidad internacional a los nuevos gobernantes para intentar despertar de la pesadilla.
